Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • This website is operated by a farmer who is selling farm produce, primarily perishable fruit(Mango), which can get spoilt. These fruits cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit. Hence any return is bound to kill the quality of the product which is best while shipping from our orchard.

Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include :

  •  Non-serviceable Pin code,

  •  Limitations on quantities available for purchase

  •  Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information

  •  Any quality complaints received about product

  •  Any Problems identified by our quality assurance team or complaint received about any specific product/batch.

  • Any Fraudulent address or any fraudulent transaction done by using a credit card, debit card, Net Banking, e-wallet, or any bank.

  • Wrong/fake address of the user

    Cancellation By Customer

  •  Customer can cancel the order. Cancellations are allowed without any question asked with a reversal of the full amount paid by the customer. However, it is allowed only till the time the mangoes are not harvested. Please contact our customer care team immediately at 7060103601 or orchardtohome@gmail.com  to assist you in the cancellation of your order.

Courier Service & Tracking

  • We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers as of now; orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are generally shipped in 2 days but may take up to total 7 working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company/post office norms.

  • Shipping is free all over India unless specified on the product page or informed explicitly by our customer care before the shipping.

  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.

  • The user agrees not to make any bulk purchase to indulge in any reseller activities. In case of any such instances, OrchardToHome.com reserves all rights to cancel the current and future orders and block the concerned user account.

  • Delivery of orders would be done address specific, not person/time specific.

Refund

A refund Or return can be requested by a customer when any of the following situations arise –
 

  • In the case of any missing or wrong product(s), the customer needs to raise the request within 6 hours from the time of delivery

  • Ordered item (s) is/are lost or damaged during transit or Product(s) was/were missing.

  • Ordered item (s) is/are past their expiry date( in case of printed expiry date)

  • The wrong item (s) was/were received.

  • Defective (Functional issues)

  • In the case of missing product (s), we will ship you the missing product (s) or will initiate a refund.

  • Less quantity delivered by www.orchardtohome.com


If any of the above cases are found to be true, OrchardToHome can either re-ship the missing/actual product (s) or can initiate a refund equal to the price of missing/actual product (s) as per invoice.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, OrchardToHome  shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Once return request raised and accepted by OrchardToHome, the customer will have to return the product (s). Then the refund shall be credited to the customer's account within 7 to 10 working days on your credit card, net banking, debit card, or as per transaction initiated.

Miscellaneous

  • If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of those mangoes and email us with full details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within 6 hours of delivery. We will make a decision and refund or replace the product after reviewing it. It is the sole decision of OrchardToHome Team, whether the additional replacement of mangoes will be done in the next order.

  • As you are aware, once you place an order, we will harvest the fruits to process your orders. Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be canceled. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order for any natural calamities, provided we get your update soon enough, and operationally we are in a position to do so.

  • If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by customer (i.e., wrong name or address), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from customer.

  • None of the orders will be delivered if any customer/buyer does any chargeback transaction or disputes the payment with our payment gateway or banker for the return of the amount. No products will be delivered till the time all the disputes are resolved between the banker and you, and the confirmation of payment is received from our banker.
